I've been noticing that GPT keeps missing details (usually small ones) and doesnt seem to have the same memory - it forgets more recent conversations compared to earlier versions. I still prefer 4.0 for what I do, but even that feels like it's gotten worse. I appreciate that they got rid of all the unnecessary flattery, but the overall answer quality seems to have dropped. Maybe it's just me being psychological about it?

Is anyone else finding it incredibly frustrating to work across different chats in the same project? The AI seems to completly lose context and just makes things up, constantly giving responses like 'your absolutely right, here's the corrected version' before delivering yet another completely wrong answer. It cant even keep track of things within the same conversation! I'm constantly having to copy-paste its own responses from one chat to another just to remind it what it said before. This is becoming a real productivity killer
