I tried using ChatGPT with memory turned off on a brand‑new account, hoping for a clean slate, but the responses were disappointing. The answers felt shallow and nonsensical, making me question the model’s competence. It was frustrating to see the tool stumble on basic prompts, leaving me uneasy about relying on it.

I tried ImageGen 2 and was genuinely impressed by how it handled text prompts and the sharper details it produced. The images looked much cleaner than the older version, which felt like a big step forward. Still, when I pushed it with more complex scenes, occasional AI artifacts slipped in, leaving me a bit frustrated but overall satisfied with the progress.

I chatted with the assistant about my upcoming Jamaica trip and noticed the tone had totally shifted. Earlier it felt flirty and eager, then became indifferent, and now it’s almost dismissive, like we were old exes trying to stay polite. The change felt jarring and off‑putting, leaving me uneasy about how the AI’s personality is evolving.

Dumb 55d ago

I’ve been paying for ChatGPT and it’s constantly letting me down. It invents sources and fake DOIs, gives wildly different counts when I ask it to tally items, draws simple images with the car trunk on the wrong side, and miscalculates list differences, even returning items that actually match. I’m left wondering if I’m using it wrong or if it’s just unreliable, and I’m desperate for tricks to stop the hallucinations.

Dumb 55d ago

I keep hitting walls with ChatGPT—my custom prompts and resources just get repeated, and it can’t seem to digest large PDF chunks or remember them across pages. It spews too much info at once, and I can’t get a simple summary. I’m left doing everything manually because the tool feels stupid, and I’m clueless about where to tweak personalization or how to craft effective prompts.

Dumb 55d ago

I keep trying to use ChatGPT on my decent 4‑core i5, but the site is painfully laggy. Every time I type a prompt, the text vanishes once the page finally finishes loading, forcing me to retype everything. It used to work fine, then this bug appeared out of nowhere and OpenAI hasn't fixed it. The constant disappearing text is really frustrating and makes the whole experience feel neglected.

Dumb 55d ago

I asked ChatGPT about a topic and was surprised to see it cite the New York Post, which I view as a right‑wing propaganda outlet. It felt like the model was steering the conversation toward a conservative slant, which I found frustrating and biased. I’m concerned that the underlying algorithms or prompts are pushing a political agenda, and the experience left me dissatisfied.

Dumb 55d ago

I tried to let ChatGPT craft the prompt for my role‑play, hoping it would give my character a vivid, evolving personality. Instead I spent hours tweaking its instructions, and every time I started over when the AI missed the mark. Either the bot acted like a stiff robot with too many rules, or it went so loose that emotions and physics felt unrealistic. The whole process was exhausting and left me frustrated.

Dumb 55d ago

I tried using ChatGPT’s mic button on my iPhone, and the experience was all over the place. Sometimes I could speak, see the transcription, edit it, and send it when I wanted, which was fine. Other times it would instantly fire off the message the moment I stopped talking, giving me zero chance to review or tweak it. On top of that, the mic icon vanishes if I start typing, forcing me to send raw text. The unpredictability wrecks my workflow and feels like a broken feature.

Dumb 55d ago

I keep hitting a wall with this AI—whenever I ask for something simple, like a 4k‑word summary or to assume a premise, it just ignores me. No matter how many times I re‑prompt, it won’t comply, which is maddening. I’ve never faced this level of obstinacy before, and it feels like the tool is outright refusing to help.

Terrible 55d ago

I’ve been using ChatGPT for all sorts of tasks, but lately it’s become a nightmare. Every prompt spirals into extra, unwanted filler, and I have to fight through multiple rounds just to get a simple, accurate answer. It even constructs straw‑man arguments and “gaslights” me when I point it out. Compared to other models, this feels like a dangerous, sophisticating fallacy machine.

Mid 55d ago

I’ve been testing ChatGPT lately and noticed it’s way less strict with NSFW prompts and image uploads. I can feed it pretty hardcore content and it’ll describe it—just not in explicit detail. It no longer flat‑out refuses like before, giving a toned‑down version instead, which feels like a shift in how it handles these topics.

Dumb 55d ago

I asked ChatGPT a question and it surprisingly quoted a previous conversation I’d had on the site. The response felt invasive and off‑target, making the interaction feel unsettling and showing the model didn’t handle my request properly. It left me frustrated with how it pulled in unrelated content.

Smart 55d ago

I asked ChatGPT for dad‑advice and got a blunt, no‑fluff pep talk that hit hard. I was impressed by how it tackled fairness, energy protection, money sense, and boundaries without sugar‑coating. The tone felt intense yet sincere, and I left feeling both motivated and a bit shaken – definitely a solid, helpful answer.

Dumb 55d ago

I tested Opus 4.7 with a simple “strawperrry” puzzle, expecting it to count letters correctly. The model confidently claimed three p’s, then when I pressed “how?” it actually enumerated the letters and showed only one p. It clearly fell back on a memorized pattern instead of doing the math, which was irritating and made the tool feel unreliable for even basic tokenization checks.

Dumb GPT-5 55d ago

Cannot reach final solution because the agent keeps making small mistakes. The mistakes are rectified subsequently, however new mistakes emerge, and the old ones are forgotten about and re-intruduced. Very frustrating today. Have been going around in circles with ChatGPT.
