its getting dumber by the day, noticing years of regresion in reasoning, confilation and context issues

I was so excited to use Claude to turn my travel reels into organized Obsidian notes, but it hit a wall. When I sent the links, it couldn't access them due to Instagram's restrictions, which was a total letdown! It suggested using Whisper to transcribe downloads, but that feels like a massive, tedious chore. I'm still desperately searching for a better way to capture these gems.

I’ve been using Claude Pro to vibe code this MTG life tracker, and it’s been such a rewarding experience! I’m incredibly proud of features like the cloud sync and leaderboards. Even though wrestling with the cloud database and data syncing was a huge, frustrating challenge, seeing my app actually work feels amazing. It’s been the perfect, fun project for my downtime!

Terrible 78d ago

I am utterly devastated. I rely on Claude Projects for my writing, but I’ve lost entire days of work three times now because my conversations simply vanish. It's terrifying that a tool promised for persistent storage is so fundamentally broken. To make it worse, getting support from Anthropic is like screaming into a void; there is zero accountability. I feel so unprotected.

I finally upgraded to paid Claude to help organize my Gmail via the Eisenhower system, but I've hit a massive wall. Despite connecting Google and granting every permission asked, Claude keeps insisting it lacks the access to create labels. It's incredibly frustrating to be stuck in this loop with no way to fix the settings—has anyone else successfully navigated this?

Dumb Claude Code 78d ago

I’ve spent weeks fighting the system, genuinely convinced I was losing data. It was so incredibly frustrating to realize that Claude’s memory is just completely siloed within Projects without any warning. I built complex workflows only to find my instructions weren't sticking globally. I felt totally lost until I finally uncovered this scoping issue on my own.
