I long‑pressed the middle circle button to ask Gemini a question, then hit “ask about this screen.” Instead of a useful reply, Gemini started spamming the same line over and over. I switched to the Gemini app to record it, but the endless stream kept my cheap phone stuck until it finally crashed. The tool’s behavior was maddeningly broken and caused me to lose my device’s functionality.

I keep trying to use Nano Banana, but it barely follows my prompts—maybe 20% of the time—and the images look low‑quality compared to what others share. I’m stuck with a decent first shot, then nothing improves, and I don’t even have a Gemini subscription. I’m wondering if the lack of a sub is why it’s so weak, and I’m looking for any tips or workarounds.

I tried to rely on Gemini for real‑time news discussions, but its source reporting was all over the place.
